ABC has officially locked in its Fall 2025 premiere dates, with the highly anticipated 9-1-1 spinoff, 9-1-1: Nashville, set to make its debut Thursday, Oct. 16 at 9 PM, following the Season 9 premiere of 9-1-1. The new Southern-set series will lead into Grey’s Anatomy at 10 PM, continuing the network’s powerhouse Thursday night lineup.
Created by Ryan Murphy, Tim Minear, and Rashad Raisani, 9-1-1: Nashville dives into high-stakes rescues and Southern family drama, all against the backdrop of Music City. Executive producers include Chris O’Donnell, Brad Falchuk, Brad Buecker, and Angela Bassett.
Meet the Team in Nashville
The cast includes Chris O’Donnell, Jessica Capshaw, Hailey Kilgore, Juani Feliz, Michael Provost, Hunter McVey, LeAnn Rimes, and Kimberly Williams-Paisley.
Kilgore stars as Taylor, a gifted firefighter with a golden voice—mirroring her real-life background as a Tony- and Grammy-nominated singer. Michael Provost portrays Ryan, a cowboy-turned-firefighter, while Juani Feliz plays Cammi, a trauma surgeon turned thrill-seeking rescuer. Hunter McVey rounds out the crew as Blue, a rookie firefighter with a complicated past.
Given Kilgore and Rimes’ musical chops, and the Nashville setting, don’t be surprised if music plays a bigger role than in past 9-1-1 series. And with Kimberly Williams-Paisley on board, there’s potential for some notable cameos too.
