Shaquille O’Neal and Stephen Curry Team Up for Prime Video’s ‘Allen Iv3rson’ Docuseries [TRAILER]

Prime Video has unveiled the official trailer and key art for Allen Iv3rson, a three-part docuseries chronicling the life and legacy of basketball icon Allen Iverson. Directed by One9, the series comes from Shaquille O’Neal’s Jersey Legends, a division of Authentic Studios, and Stephen Curry and Erick Peyton’s Unanimous Media. The documentary will premiere globally on October 23, streaming exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories.

Allen Iv3rson explores the captivating story of one of the most influential figures in basketball history. From his beginnings in Hampton, Virginia, to his rise as one of the most electrifying and tenacious players to ever step on the court, Iverson’s authenticity and fearless individuality helped redefine the culture of the NBA. The docuseries highlights how his unapologetic sense of style, attitude, and emotion challenged norms and opened the door for a new generation of athletes to express themselves fully — both on and off the court.

Through unprecedented access, archival footage, and intimate interviews with Iverson, his family, friends, former teammates, and coaches, the series captures the depth of his journey. It reveals a more reflective, personal side of the man known as “The Answer,” as he looks back on his rise, his struggles, and his enduring cultural impact long after his playing days have ended.

Presented by Prime Video Sports, Allen Iv3rson is produced by Jersey Legends (a division of Authentic Studios) and Unanimous Media. The docuseries is directed by One9, with Shaquille O’Neal, Stephen Curry, Erick Peyton, Colin Smeeton, Mike Parris, and One9 serving as executive producers. Jeremy Castro and Brian Satz serve as producers.

Allen Iv3rson premieres October 23 exclusively on Prime Video.
