BET Media Group and Pluto TV Expand Partnership to a Total of 7 FAST Channels

BET Media Group, the leading multiplatform media company serving the Black community, and Pluto TV, a global leader in free streaming television, are expanding their long-standing partnership to deliver even more premium, free programming that celebrates Black culture and storytelling.

With the launch of BET Comedy Movies and the upcoming BET Christmas Movies (arriving in November), BET now offers a total of seven FAST channels on Pluto TV—cementing its position as the #1 brand serving Black audiences in the FAST space.

A Growing Slate of Channels

The expansion builds on the success of BET Tyler Perry Comedy and BET Tyler Perry Drama, which launched in June 2024 and together have already surpassed 3 billion streaming hours. Now, audiences can enjoy the following lineup of channels, each dedicated to showcasing Black excellence across film and television:

  • BET Comedy Movies [NEW] – A nonstop stream of hilarious hits like Men in Black 1-3, Think Like a Man, Scary Movie 1-3, and Senseless.
  • BET Christmas Movies [COMING NOVEMBER] – Holiday favorites including Last Holiday (Queen Latifah, Halle Bailey), This Christmas (Idris Elba, Regina King), Sounds of Christmas (Ne-Yo), and more.
  • BET Cinema – A showcase of unforgettable films and documentaries such as Hitch, The Pursuit of Happyness, Beverly Hills Cop 1-3, and The Perfect Guy.
  • BET Visionaries – Spotlighting the works of Black directors, writers, and creatives with films like The Wood, Top Five, Harlem Nights, and Lila & Eve.
  • BET Throwbacks – Classic comedy series including Everybody Hates Chris, Half & Half, Eve, Girlfriends, and The Steve Harvey Show.
  • BET Classics – Legendary sitcoms and variety shows like Sanford & Son, The Jeffersons, Moesha, Sister, Sister, and The Best of Flip Wilson.
  • BET Tyler Perry Comedy & Drama – The powerhouse duo of channels featuring Tyler Perry’s beloved TV and film catalog.

Why It Matters

By leveraging Pluto TV’s global reach and BET’s rich content library, the partnership deepens audience engagement while opening fresh opportunities for advertisers to connect with culturally meaningful content.
