BET+ Unveils Trailer for ‘Never Alone for Christmas: Memphis’

BET+ has dropped the official trailer for Never Alone for Christmas: Memphis, the newest installment in its holiday franchise and a follow-up to Never Alone for Christmas (2023). The film arrives with a refreshed lead cast and will stream exclusively on BET+ on Thursday, December 11.

Leading the new chapter are Melissa L. Williams, Juhahn Jones, K. Michelle, Chris Sakyi, and Tom Arnold.

The Memphis-set story centers on two women with big hearts, a dating coach determined to fix everyone’s love life but his own, and a once-great Beale Street blues singer trying to find his spark again. When each of them ends up unexpectedly solo for the holiday season, they band together to rebuild their romantic lives—and maybe rediscover a little holiday magic along the way.

Williams stars as Monica Montgomery, Jones as Joe, K. Michelle as Melody Blue, Sakyi as Pierre St. Clair, and Arnold as Skip Applegate. The film also spotlights two original holiday songs from K. Michelle—BBR Records’ recording artist—including “Christmas Blues” and “Never Gonna Be Alone for Christmas (Remix).”

Never Alone for Christmas: Memphis is directed by Kenny Young, who also wrote the screenplay. The story is by Young, Phil James, and Ned Nalle. Christopher Cano and Chris Ridenhour compose the score, while Ned Nalle, Gregory “Grits” Carter, Phil James, and Nicholas Lyon serve as producers.
