Media executive Courtney “Big Court” Richardson II and hip-hop icon-turned-actor Ice T are officially stepping into the streaming space—and they’re doing it with ownership front and center.
Big Court has launched OG Network, a next-generation FAST and AVOD streaming platform built to spotlight urban culture, independent creators, and premium original programming often overlooked by traditional streamers. Ice T joins the venture as co-founder.
The platform is now live with global distribution across 186 countries, available on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS, Android TV, and Google Play.
Big Court—host of Holdin’ Court Podcast and an executive with Master P’s No Limit Forever—founded OG Network as a creator-first alternative in an increasingly crowded streaming landscape.
“We built this platform on the belief that independent creators deserve the power to tell their own stories,” Big Court said. “The culture is the driving force behind today’s most impactful content—which is why owning our infrastructure is essential.”
OG Network launches with a deep catalog spanning culturally significant films rarely available on major platforms, contemporary films, docuseries, unscripted programming, and festival-ready independent titles—all rooted in the global influence of urban storytelling.
Anchoring the rollout is a slate of exclusive originals, including:
- ‘Somebody Had To Say It’ — A weekly hip-hop and culture debate series hosted by Layzie Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Big Court
- ‘Put The Guns Down – A World Epidemic’ — A hard-hitting documentary executive produced and narrated by Ice T examining gun violence as a global crisis
- ‘My Cherie Amour’ — An exclusive independent thriller premiering only on OG Network
- ‘Holdin’ Court Podcast’ — Big Court’s celebrity-driven series, now streaming exclusively on the platform
Beyond originals, OG Network features hundreds of titles and is actively welcoming independent filmmakers, offering global reach without requiring creators to surrender ownership or creative control.
As FAST and AVOD platforms continue to surge, OG Network is betting on culture-forward programming and creator equity as its differentiator—positioning itself as a home where independent voices are not only showcased but empowered.
For Big Court and Ice T, the mission is clear: control the narrative, control the distribution, and build a future where the culture isn’t just featured—it’s in charge.
OG Network is now streaming. More information is available at theognetwork.net.
