Production is set to begin August 4 on the feature film Higher Love, a new family drama starring Dennis Haysbert (24), Marilu Henner (L.A. Story), Joe Pantoliano (Bad Boys), and Telma Hopkins (The Matrix Resurrections).
The ensemble cast also features Lawrence Saint Victor (The Bold and the Beautiful), Laurissa “Lala” Romain (Top Five), and Aasha Davis (Grey’s Anatomy).
Written and directed by A.W. “Tony” Scott, Higher Love follows a devoted husband whose world is turned upside down when his wife faces a critical health crisis. Forced to choose between two impossible outcomes, he embarks on an emotional journey of caregiving, loneliness, and unexpected friendship that challenges his beliefs about love, family, and faith.
The project comes from Worldwide Entertainment and Media, Broadvision Pictures, Uprising, and M2 Media Post. Producers include Pierre Romain, A.W. “Tony” Scott, Julie Solinger, and Jean Qing Su.
