Edwin Hodge has officially joined the cast of The Terminal List for its upcoming second season on Prime Video.
The series reunites Hodge with Chris Pratt, who stars as Navy SEAL James Reece and also executive produces the series. The two previously appeared together in the 2021 sci-fi action film The Tomorrow War.
Created by David DiGilio and based on the novels by Jack Carr, The Terminal List centers on Reece as he unravels dark conspiracies after his SEAL team is ambushed during a covert mission. Season 1 followed Carr’s debut novel of the same name, while Season 2 is based on True Believer.
Hodge’s casting adds even more weight to the upcoming season, which also welcomes Gabriel Luna as Freddy Strain, a former SEAL Team 6 Senior Chief turned CIA Ground Branch officer, and Caitlin Bassett in an undisclosed role. Costa Ronin has also been confirmed as a recurring guest star.
Production on Season 2 is currently underway, with Chris Pratt offering fans a sneak peek into his physical transformation for the next chapter.
In addition to the new season, the Terminal List universe is expanding with The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, a prequel series exploring the backstory of Ben Edwards (played by Taylor Kitsch). The prequel will follow Edwards’ journey from Navy SEAL to CIA paramilitary operative and is slated to premiere August 27, 2025.
Hodge, fresh off a four-season run on CBS’ FBI: Most Wanted, brings a stacked resume. He’s portrayed Ron Boone on HBO’s Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, the young C.L. Franklin in Nat Geo’s Genius: Aretha Franklin, and appeared in series like Good Sam, Six, and Triangle. On the film side, he co-wrote, produced, and starred in Parallel alongside his brother Aldis Hodge and Danielle Deadwyler, and is best known for his lead role in The Purge franchise and Transformers: Bumblebee.
The Terminal List is a co-production between Amazon MGM Studios and Civic Center Media, in association with MRC. Executive producers include Chris Pratt (Indivisible Productions), David DiGilio, Antoine Fuqua, Kat Samick (Hill District Media), Jack Carr, Max Adams, and Jared Shaw.
