Kevin Hart, Kai Cenat, and Druski Team Up for Horror-Comedy ‘Livestream From Hell’

Kevin Hart, Kai Cenat, and Druski are officially taking their chaotic chemistry from Twitch to the big screen. The trio announced they’re starring together in Livestream From Hell, a horror-comedy about a livestream gone wrong.

The reveal came on September 29 during Cenat’s Mafiathon 3 subathon, where Hart and Druski joined him for a sleepover-style broadcast at Hart’s home. Midway through the stream, Hart broke the news directly:
“My n*** are going to be movie stars,” he said. “You know what’s the best way to show it? It’s to f***ing do something with ’em! When we put something together, we will drop a teaser. We not done yet. We gonna show the world what we’re working on.”

Moments later, Cenat premiered the teaser trailer, confirming that Hartbeat Productions (Hart’s production company) is behind the project.

About the Film

According to Tales From The Collection, Livestream From Hell follows Hart, Cenat, and Druski as they host a livestream that spirals out of control when guests start turning up dead. Forced to keep their online audience entertained while trying to solve the mystery, the film blends horror thrills with fast-paced comedy — a natural extension of Cenat’s signature streaming antics.

The teaser showed everything from broken vases to hiding bodies, a SWAT team busting in, and the trio running for their lives. It ends with a simple promise: “Coming soon.”

Chrissy Fiorilli-Ellington, known for her casting work on Hart’s Die Hart series, is set to direct. No release date or distribution platform has been announced, though Hartbeat has previously partnered with Netflix, Peacock, and Roku.

Kai Cenat’s Milestone Moment

For Cenat, the project marks his first feature film role and comes on the heels of a historic achievement. Over the weekend, he became the first Twitch streamer in history to surpass one million active subscribers during a single stream.

“This weekend, we witnessed an incredible milestone on Twitch — Kai Cenat hitting one million active subscribers,” said Twitch CEO Dan Clancy. “His ability to authentically connect with his community, bring in diverse talent, and innovate with one-of-a-kind content sets him apart.”

Hart also emphasized that this film is about pushing the younger comedians forward: “I believe they got next,” he said of Cenat and Druski. “It ain’t about me, it’s about y’all!”

With Livestream From Hell, the trio are proving that livestream chaos might just make the perfect big-screen comedy-horror blend.
