LaKeith Stanfield, Georgina Campbell, Zavior Phillips, and Oscar nominee Maria Bakalova are stepping into the world of psychological suspense with ‘Double Blind’, a new indie thriller from filmmaker John Hyams.
While official details are still under wraps, sources share that the story follows a scientist developing a cure for dementia who begins “losing time.” What starts with brief blackouts quickly escalates into hours—and then days—vanishing from his life. After one such lapse, he awakens to discover a child he never had and a lavish home he doesn’t recognize. With reality slipping further away, the race to piece together the truth could determine whether he regains control—or loses everything.

Double Blind has yet to announce its producers or release timeline, but with this powerhouse ensemble and chilling premise, it’s already shaping up to be a thriller worth watching.
