Meagan Good, Thomas Cadrot, and More Star in Lifetime’s Steamy New Thriller ‘I’ll Never Let You Go’

The summer heat is getting even hotter on Lifetime. Meagan Good returns to the network to executive produce and star in I’ll Never Let You Go, a seductive new thriller premiering Saturday, August 16 at 8/7c.

Starring alongside Good are Thomas Cadrot (Merry Liddle Christmas), Antonio Cupo (Blood and Treasure), and Hana Destiny Huggins (The Flash), in a twisted tale of desire, deception, and the dangerous cost of an affair gone wrong.

Good plays Emily Westover, a polished art gallery director trying to find her footing after her daughter Sophia (Huggins) leaves for college. Struggling with loneliness and empty nest syndrome, she attempts to reignite the spark in her marriage with Tom (Cadrot). But when that intimacy doesn’t come easily, Emily slips into the arms of a mysterious and magnetic Italian artist, Carlo (Cupo).

What begins as a fleeting escape quickly spirals into a nightmare. When Emily ends the affair, Carlo refuses to walk away—exposing their secret, sabotaging her personal and professional life, and threatening everything she’s built. As the walls close in, Emily is forced into a terrifying confrontation that tests how far she’ll go to protect her family.

Directed by Troy Scott and written by Alex Wright, I’ll Never Let You Go is produced by Bruce Harvey for CMW Autumn Productions Inc. in association with Studio TF1 America. Meagan Good and Joey Plager serve as executive producers.

This marks another standout entry in Good’s growing slate of Lifetime collaborations. She previously starred in and produced Death Saved My Life (2021) and Buying Back My Daughter (2023), both from the network’s Ripped from the Headlines collection. Most recently, she appeared opposite Taye Diggs in Terry McMillan Presents: Forever.

Outside of Lifetime, Good just wrapped a three-season run leading Prime Video’s Harlem, which aired from 2021 to 2025. With I’ll Never Let You Go, she continues to expand her range—balancing dramatic tension with a grounded portrayal of a woman on the edge.

Catch the premiere of I’ll Never Let You Go on Saturday, August 16 at 8/7c only on Lifetime.
