About the Series
Inspired by the legacy of the Los Angeles Lakers and its president Jeanie Buss, Running Point follows Isla Gordon (Hudson), who is unexpectedly promoted to president of the Los Angeles Waves after her brother resigns. She must prove herself to her family, the board, and the sports community while navigating the cutthroat world of professional basketball.
