Peacock has announced that its new unscripted docuseries Tiffany Haddish Goes Off will premiere Thursday, November 13, with all six episodes available to stream at launch.
Inspired by the hit film Girls Trip, the six-part series follows Emmy Award-winning comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip, Haunted Mansion) as she embarks on a four-week journey across Africa with her three closest childhood friends — Selena Martin, Shermona Long, and Sparkle Clark.
Together, the longtime friends travel through Cape Town, South Africa; Victoria Falls and Harare, Zimbabwe; and Zanzibar, Tanzania, taking on new adventures, rediscovering themselves, and deepening their lifelong bond.
Peacock describes the docuseries as a “raw, vulnerable, and unpredictable version of Tiffany Haddish” that will leave audiences “crying with laughter and sobbing from heartfelt, relatable, real-time self-healing.”
