Season two of Cross is officially on the way, and Prime Video has unveiled first-look images from the upcoming chapter of the crime thriller series.
The newly released photos feature Aldis Hodge returning as Alex Cross, alongside Alona Tal as Kayla Craig, Isaiah Mustafa as John Sampson, Matthew Lillard as Lance Durand, and Lou Jurgens as Nat Gancarz.
Created, written, and showrun by Ben Watkins, Cross is based on James Patterson’s bestselling Alex Cross book series. The Washington, D.C.-set drama follows Cross, a brilliant homicide detective and forensic psychologist whose ability to get inside the minds of killers makes him one of law enforcement’s most formidable investigators.
In Season 2, Cross finds himself chasing a ruthless vigilante targeting corrupt billionaire magnates—setting the stage for an even darker, high-stakes chapter in the series.
In addition to Hodge, returning cast members include Mustafa, Tal, Samantha Walkes, Juanita Jennings, Caleb Elijah, Melody Hurd, and Johnny Ray Gill. New additions for Season 2 include Matthew Lillard, Jeanine Mason, and Wes Chatham.
Prime Video will debut the first three episodes of Cross Season 2 on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, followed by weekly releases leading up to the season finale on March 18, 2026.
A brief first-look teaser was previously released, offering fans an early glimpse at what’s to come—including confirmation that one actor from Season 1 will not be returning for the new season.
Cross is executive produced by Watkins, Hodge, Sam Ernst, Jim Dunn, J. David Shanks, Aiyana White, Craig Siebels, Owen Shiflett, James Patterson, Bill Robinson, and Patrick Santa. The series is produced by Amazon MGM Studios in association with Paramount Television Studios.
