‘Reasonable Doubt’ Adds Meagan Good and Tank To Its Season 4 Cast

Reasonable Doubt is heading into Season 4 with even higher stakes — and a few new faces that are sure to shake things up.

The Onyx Collective series at Hulu has added Meagan Good and Durrell “Tank” Babbs as series regulars, joining Emayatzy Corinealdi’s Jacqueline “Jax” Stewart as her world continues to spiral both inside and outside the courtroom.

Created by Raamla Mohamed, the series follows Jax, a high-powered Los Angeles defense attorney who’s constantly balancing the demands of her career with the realities of her personal life — from marriage and motherhood to the emotional weight of her past. And if Season 3 proved anything, it’s that those two worlds rarely stay separate for long.

Now, Season 4 picks up in the aftermath of a brutal attack that leaves Jax’s family and her newly formed law firm shaken. With everything she’s built suddenly feeling unstable, the pressure only intensifies when one of her most loyal clients becomes the center of a growing media firestorm — pulling The Stewart Firm into a high-stakes battle where every move could determine whether they survive or fall apart completely. And as grief lingers beneath it all, the real question becomes whether moving forward too quickly could cost them more than standing still ever would.

That tension only deepens with the introduction of two new key players.

Meagan Good steps in as Regina Harris, a district attorney who brings both intelligence and empathy to the role, but moves with the confidence of someone who refuses to be underestimated. At the same time, Tank takes on the role of Eric Cropper, a wealthy R&B artist and longtime client of Jax — someone who’s as charming as he is calculating, and used to getting his way no matter what it takes.

Their presence signals a shift in power dynamics that could challenge Jax in entirely new ways — legally, personally, and publicly.

And they’re not the only new addition. As previously reported, Taylor Polidore Williams is also joining the cast in a role that’s still being kept under wraps. With her recent run in Beauty in Black and a growing list of credits across television and film, her involvement already feels intentional — especially for a season built around uncertainty and unraveling control.

Season 4 will also see the return of familiar faces including McKinley Freeman, Tim Jo, Angela Grovey, Thaddeus J. Mixson, Aderinsola Olabode, and more.

With a shaken foundation, new power players, and a case that threatens to consume everything Jax has built, Season 4 isn’t just about what happens next — it’s about what’s left standing when it’s all over.
