Ryan Murphy is back with The Beauty, a high-fashion thriller starring Jeremy Pope and Anthony Ramos, and FX has just revealed the 2026 premiere date along with a jaw-dropping lineup of guest stars.
In a world where international supermodels are dying mysteriously, FBI Agents Cooper Madsen (Peters) and Jordan Bennett (Hall) travel to Paris to investigate. They uncover a sexually transmitted virus that turns ordinary people into visions of physical perfection—but with deadly consequences. The shadowy tech billionaire behind it, “The Corporation” (Ashton Kutcher), will stop at nothing to protect his trillion-dollar empire, unleashing his enforcer, “The Assassin” (Ramos). Amid the chaos, outsider Jeremy (Pope) searches for purpose as the agents race across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York to prevent a global catastrophe.
Joining Pope and Ramos are Emmy winners and Hollywood heavyweights including Evan Peters, Rebecca Hall, and Ashton Kutcher, alongside buzzy guest stars like Amelia Gray Hamlin, Ari Graynor, Bella Hadid, Ben Platt, Billy Eichner, Isabella Rossellini, Jaquel Spivey, Jessica Alexander, Jon Jon Briones, John Carroll Lynch, Julie Halston, Lux Pascal, Meghan Trainor, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Peter Gallagher, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Rob Yang.
The Beauty will debut Wednesday, January 21, 2026, on both FX and Hulu in the U.S., with Disney+ streaming internationally. The first three episodes will premiere back-to-back at 9 p.m. ET/PT, with the remaining eight episodes rolling out weekly. The final two weeks will feature double episodes.
Created and written by Ryan Murphy and Matthew Hodgson, and based on the comic book series by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley, The Beauty is produced by 20th Television.
FX calls it “a global thriller that asks: what would you sacrifice for perfection?”
