The African American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) has revealed the winners of its 17th annual AAFCA Awards, and Sinners dominated the field with eight wins, including Best Film, Best Director and Best Writing for Ryan Coogler, and Best Actor for Michael B. Jordan. This year’s selections highlight a powerful slate of films and storytellers pushing the culture forward, with standout recognition for Hedda, One Battle After Another, F1, and more. Winners will be honored on February 8 at The Maybourne Beverly Hills.
