Emmy-Winning Producer Stephen Love to Join Scene & Heard’s ‘Process’ Conversation

Scene & Heard, the creative community founded by actor and producer Michael Oloyede, is continuing its mission to uplift underrepresented voices in Hollywood. On Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., the series will host Emmy-winning producer Stephen Love at The LINE LA Hotel for its latest Process conversation. RSVP info can be found here.

Love, founder of Made With Love Films, has quickly become one of the industry’s most sought-after producers. His credits include Netflix’s They Cloned Tyrone starring Jamie Foxx and the action-thriller Shadow Force with Kerry Washington. At Scene & Heard, he’ll share his journey of building a production company, navigating industry partnerships, and bringing culturally resonant stories to life.

Unlike most industry events, Scene & Heard is known for its intimate, electric atmosphere—often described as “the juke joint of the TV & film world.” The series, in residence at The LINE LA, brings together writers, actors, directors, and producers for evenings that feel more like community gatherings than panels.

Past participants include Dominique Fishback, Joshua Kissi, Kemiyondo Coutinho, Caroline Chikezie, Bria Henderson, J. August Richards, Shannon Wallace, Branden Cook, and Kelly Jenrette.

“Scene & Heard is for the storytellers who’ve been historically left out of the room,” said Oloyede. “It’s for anyone who believes in collaboration over competition and wants to help shape a more inclusive, intentional future for film, TV and theater.”

That mission has left a lasting impact on those who’ve taken part. “I got to hear my work. So rarely does that happen for a writer,” said P-Valley co-executive producer Kemiyondo Coutinho. “It was truly one of the highlights of my year.”

Through staged readings, curated screenings, and conversations like Process, Scene & Heard has built a creative space where underrepresented artists can connect, collaborate, and be seen. For media and brand partners, it’s also a unique opportunity to align with a network of storytellers shaping the future of entertainment.
