Paramount+ has released the official trailer and a collection of first-look images for the fifth and final season of BET’s All the Queen’s Men, ahead of its June 10 premiere. The new footage sets the stage for what promises to be a volatile conclusion to the series, with power, loyalty, and survival all hanging in the balance.
The season picks up in the immediate aftermath of a shocking shooting that left Madam, played by Eva Marcille, fighting for her life. With the gunman still unidentified, the dancers of Eden are shaken and vulnerable, creating an opening for opportunists who are eager to dismantle the empire Madam spent years building. As pressure mounts to expose the shooter, longstanding alliances fracture and new threats emerge from every direction.
The final season launches with two episodes on June 10, followed by weekly installments leading up to the series finale on July 22. First-look images from the opening two episodes, titled “I See Dead People” and “They Not Like Us,” offer an early look at what viewers can expect from the show’s closing chapter.
Marcille leads a cast that includes Skyh Alvester Black, Candace Maxwell, Raquel Palmer, Michael “Bolo” Bolwaire, Keith Swift Jr., Dion Rome, Jeremy “Masterpiece” Williams, Cee “Carter the Body” Carter, and O’Shea Russell. Tyler Perry and Christian Keyes serve as executive producers, with Elon D. Johnson co-executive producing. Producers include Angi Bones, Tony L. Strickland, Will Areu, and Tommy Watt, with Valencia Parker serving as supervising producer.
The final season arrives against a backdrop of well-documented tension behind the scenes. Creator Christian Keyes has publicly spoken about disputes with Tyler Perry Studios over creative credit and the show’s overall direction, disclosing that he required WGA intervention to retain his “created by” recognition. Keyes has also stated his intention to independently develop the All the Queen’s Men universe and explore potential spinoffs with other networks once the series concludes its BET run.
All the Queen’s Men returns June 10 on Paramount+.
