Exclusive Clip: Detective Bryant’s at His Lowest in Upcoming ‘BMF’ Episode 8 ‘Code Red’

As BMF’s riveting third season approaches its finale, get ready for an exclusive glimpse into an emotionally charged moment from the upcoming episode 8, titled Code Red. The scene features an emotional confrontation between Detective Jin (Kelly Hu) and the recently ousted Detective Bryant (Steve Harris).

The intense conversation unfolds against the backdrop of past episodes delving into the tragic death of Bryant’s son. This event not only led to Bryant confiding in Jin about Henri’s true identity as a woman but also resulted in their captain dismissing Bryant from the force. In this sneak peek, we find Bryant at his lowest, indulging in day drinking with drawn blinds, as Jin attempts to reason with him.

In the clip, Jin emphasizes that while they cannot reverse their losses, they can bring down Henri and dismantle BMF, a sentiment that underscores the ongoing battle against the Detroit police and organized crime in the series.

Titled “Code Red,” the upcoming episode is another rollarcoaster as Meech (Demetrius Flenory, Jr.) returns to Atlanta from St. Louis, only to find his territory usurped by Glock. Determined to reclaim his city and outmaneuver his rivals, Meech navigates the complex dynamics of power and influence.

BMF centers around the Flenory brothers Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory (Flenory, Jr.) and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory (Da’Vinchi), founders of the notorious Black Mafia Family, has garnered acclaim for its compelling storytelling and stellar performances.

The series stars Russell Hornsby, Michole Briana White, Steve Harris, Kelly Hu, Lala Anthony, Sydney Mitchell, and Laila D. Pruitt, with the third season introducing new talent such as Bechir Sylvain, Taylor Sele, Kadianne Whyte, Ren King, Morgan Alexandria, Christopher B. Duncan, Cedric Martin, Lil Baby, Saweetie, Cynthia Bailey, NE-YO, and 2 Chainz.

The series is executive-produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson alongside Randy Huggins, Heather Zuhlke, Anthony Wilson, and Anne Clements.
