NBC has unveiled a sneak peek of “The Irrational,” including first look images and a trailer, ahead of its upcoming series premiere.
In “The Irrational,” Jesse L. Martin plays the role of Alec Mercer, a world-renowned professor of behavioral science. The series follows Mercer’s journey as he applies his unique expertise to solve high-stakes cases involving governments, law enforcement, and corporations. With an unconventional approach to understanding human behavior, Mercer and his team embark on intense and unexpected journeys to decipher illogical puzzles and perplexing mysteries.
The cast also includes Maahra Hill, Travina Springer, Molly Kunz, Arash DeMaxi, and Brian King. The show is based on the best-selling book “Predictably Irrational” by Dan Ariely and is brought to life by Arika Lisanne Mittman in collaboration with Universal Television.
“The Irrational” is set to premiere on Monday, September 25th at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Fans can get a glimpse of the series through the released trailer. The show offers a fresh take on procedural storytelling, centered around the captivating world of behavioral science and its applications to solving intricate puzzles and enigmatic mysteries.
