Joseph Sikora Joins ‘Reasonable Doubt’ Season 3

Joseph Sikora is trading in his criminal empire for courtroom drama. The Power and Power Book IV: Force star has officially joined the cast of Hulu and Onyx Collective’s Reasonable Doubt for its third season.

The legal drama, created by Raamla Mohamed, follows high-powered Los Angeles defense attorney Jacqueline “Jax” Stewart (Emayatzy Corinealdi) as she juggles a demanding career, past trauma, motherhood, a rocky marriage, and high-profile cases—all while trying to keep herself from unraveling.

Sikora steps into the role of Bill Sterling, a coworker of Jax at the elite law firm Binder, Hurwitz & Stewart. Bill is no fresh-faced attorney—he spent a decade in the Coast Guard before pivoting to law later in life. Now, with his sights set on making partner, he realizes that his proximity to Jax might just be the key to leveling up.

Fans of Sikora know him best as Tommy Egan, Power’s ride-or-die enforcer turned kingpin, a role he’s carried since the Starz drama premiered in 2014. After six seasons, he went on to lead his own spinoff, Power Book IV: Force, which is set to return for its third and final season later this year.

But Reasonable Doubt puts Sikora on the other side of the law, swapping shootouts for legal strategy.

Season two of Reasonable Doubt saw Jax attempt to rebuild her life after a tumultuous trial and a dangerous affair. Her plans were upended when her close friend, Shanelle (Shannon Kane), confessed to killing her abusive husband, setting off a high-stakes case that pushed Jax to her limits in the courtroom. In the midst of this case, Jax faced shocking revelations about her husband, Lewis (McKinley Freeman), including the discovery that one of the witnesses was pregnant with his child—a revelation that only added to the strain on their marriage. Season two ended with Toni (Tristan Cunningham) suing the couple, adding another layer of tension as Jax confronts personal and legal challenges.

The second season’s strong cast includes McKinley Freeman, Morris Chestnut, Tim Jo, Angela Grovey, Pauletta Washington, Thaddeus J. Mixson, and Aderinsola Olabode.

Behind the scenes, Reasonable Doubt boasts an impressive lineup of executive producers. Mohamed, the show’s creator, leads the charge alongside Kerry Washington and Pilar Savone through Simpson Street, while Larry Wilmore executive produces via Wilmore Films. Additional EPs include Anton Cropper, Lena Cordina, and a team of co-executives including Shawn Holley, Jon Leshay, Tamara Gregory, Erika Harrison, and Zahir McGhee. The series is produced by 20th Television, a part of Disney Television Studios.

Reasonable Doubt Season 3 is currently in production. No premiere date has been announced yet, but stay tuned—because when Jax Stewart is in the mix, justice is never just black and white.
