BET Plus announced “Stay Out,” an upcoming black magic horror will premiere October 26th.
The film stars Kareem J. Grimes, Columbus Short, Dane DiLiegro, Caylee Cowan, Jade Harlow, April Hale, Christopher Sky, Desiree Mitchell, and Jhone Y. Lucas.
Stay Out centers on businessman Donovan Jones (Grimes), who learns that his late aunt and uncle made him the sole beneficiary in their will. When he travels to their estate, he learns that his uncle — who practiced black magic — was brutally murdered and will now possess Donovan to avenge his own death.
O’Connor will star as Jenny, Cowan as Christiane, DiLiegro as Graham, and Hale as Lisa.
Paris Bravo, Norman Towns, Phrederic Semaj, Justin Safier, Lindsay Diann, Caitlin O’Connor, Paris Dylan, Chris Moss, David Josh Lawrence, Emelina Adams, Christian Howard, Mike Ferguson, Dale Resteghini and Janessa Morgan round out the cast. Anthony D. Bell and Quinn Early wrote the film, which is directed by Jared Safier.
