Following her previous book “I Don’t Belong to You” released in 2017, “Master of Me” promises to delve into Palmer’s journey of self-discovery and understanding her own value. The memoir will touch on personal challenges such as boundaries, forgiveness, and worthiness, offering a candid exploration of Palmer’s spirituality and how she navigates life’s complexities while maintaining a sense of control and authenticity.

“I am looking forward to having this book out in the world because I know we are all dealing with the same things,” Palmer shared. “We are all trying to love ourselves and learn ourselves.”

In addition to her reflections on personal growth, Palmer will share insights into motherhood, her relationships, and finding balance in her career. Notably, Palmer made history as the first woman to win an Emmy Award for Outstanding Host for a Game Show in 2023 for her role as host of NBC’s “Password.”

Despite tackling profound themes, Palmer assures readers that “Master of Me” will also offer moments of humor and self-reflection, promising “laughter” and a deep dive into her thoughts and experiences.

“Master of Me” is slated for release on November 19 and is currently available for pre-order.
