The satirical sketch comedy delivers an inside look at the country’s most incompetent medical facility, blending improv with sharp humor to highlight the chaos of medical negligence. Mostly improvised, the series showcases KevOnStage’s comedic sensibility while featuring many of his longtime collaborators and peers.
The cast includes Kevin “KevOnStage” Fredericks, Tony Baker, Chris “CP” Powell, D’Lai, Dinora Walcott, Quin Walters, Tahir Moore, Candice Renee, Tamra Jade, Patrick Cloud, Mel Mitchell, Jordan Conley, Loren Lott, and Jazmine Robinson.
Behind the scenes, Kevin Fredericks and Richard A. Washington serve as creators, directors, and showrunners, with additional writing by Brandon Cormell, Roxxy Haze, and Dominic Oliver. The series is executive produced by KevOnStage Studios’ Kevin Fredericks, Melissa Fredericks, and Richard A. Washington, alongside LeBron James, Maverick Carter, Jamal Henderson, and Lezlie Wills of Fullwell Entertainment.
With Churchy and now The Hospital, KevOnStage is proving himself to be one of BET’s most consistently funny voices, creating original comedies that spotlight both familiar faces and emerging talent.
