‘Leverage: Redemption’ Season 3 Trailer Drops — And Hardison Might Be Ready to Walk Away

leverage: redemption season 3 trailer

If there’s one thing the Leverage crew knows how to do, it’s take justice into their own hands—and look cool while doing it. And now, with the official trailer for Leverage: Redemption Season 3 finally here, we’re getting a sneak peek at just how messy, emotional, and explosive this next chapter is about to get.

The series returns Thursday, April 17, with the first three episodes dropping on Prime Video. After that, you can expect a new episode every Thursday. It’s the first season to premiere directly on Prime Video after the first two lived on Freevee—and based on this trailer, they’re not holding anything back.

The trailer wastes no time throwing us back into the chaos. What starts as a “quick little weekend heist” turns into a high-speed getaway with the team packed into a van, Eliot jumping out mid-chase to take down their pursuers like it’s just another day at the office. “There’s my special guy,” Hardison jokes when Eliot returns. “How was your first day of school? Did you make any friends?” Yeah, we missed this crew.

But under the banter is a deeper thread—Hardison isn’t so sure he wants to keep playing this dangerous game. “I don’t want to do this anymore,” he confesses. Parker, ever the literal one, checks, “You don’t want to crime anymore?” Later, he tells Eliot, “I don’t like watching someone I care about take punches for me.” It’s clear that for at least one team member, things are shifting.

And the emotional stakes aren’t the only ones rising. Sophie is kidnapped. Parker’s ready to go full scorched earth on someone who dares threaten the family, and a confrontation with her longtime nemesis (and Sophie’s stepdaughter) Astrid, played by Alexandra Park, teases serious trouble.

This season, the crew is doing what they do best—fighting the worst of the worst. That includes a power broker stealing clean water from under people’s feet, a corrupt small-town mayor playing judge and jury, a con gone wrong that brings a vengeful mark back into their orbit, a pool hustler with global blackmail ties, and an industrialist exploiting child labor. And let’s not forget the tangled web of past enemies and current relationship drama that could blow everything up from the inside.

Returning for more high-stakes heists are Aldis Hodge as hacker Alec, Gina Bellman as grifter Sophie Deveraux, Christian Kane as hitter Eliot Spencer, Beth Riesgraf as thief Parker, Aleyse Shannon as maker Breanna Casey, and Noah Wyle as fixer Harry WilsonHardison. Hodge’s appearances will be limited this season due to his filming schedule for Cross, but even a little Hardison is better than none. Wyle, meanwhile, didn’t get the chance to write or direct this season, as he’s been busy prepping The Pitt for Max.

The new season also welcomes a solid lineup of guest stars, including Rachael Harris, Jack Coleman, Drew Powell, Alex Boniello, Cedric Yarbrough, Mary Hollis Inboden, Sam Witwer, and Auden Wyle returning as Harry’s daughter.

Behind the scenes, the series is helmed by showrunner and executive producer John Rogers, joined by co-creator Chris Downey and executive producers Dean Devlin, Marc Roskin, and Rachel Olschan-Wilson of Electric Entertainment.

So, mark your calendars and clear your Thursdays. Season 3 is bringing the heat, and with the crew gearing up for their biggest challenges yet, one thing’s for sure: the con is most definitely back on.
