Peacock Drops Trailer for Final Season of ‘Bel-Air,’ Including Aunt Viv Pregnancy Reveal

Peacock has released the official trailer and key art for the fourth and final season of “Bel-Air,” premiering monday, November 24 with a three-episode launch. The ensemble returns led by Jabari Banks, Adrian Holmes, Cassandra Freeman, Olly Sholotan, Coco Jones, Akira Akbar, Jimmy Akingbola, Jordan L. Jones, and Simone Joy Jones, closing out a modern reimagining that has blended legacy, grit, and aspiration across its run.

Inspired by Morgan Cooper’s viral short film that re-envisioned The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air as a grounded drama, “Bel-Air” has carved its own path while still honoring the familiar heartbeat of the original. This season marks the end of that evolution, following the Banks family and Will as they reach pivotal turning points in life, identity, and family.

The trailer sets the tone for Will’s final high-school chapter as he continues balancing expectation and self-determination, still learning to trust his own instincts while confronting the weight of opportunity. Carlton faces the fallout of decisions that could shape his future, pushing him toward uncomfortable truths and overdue accountability. Their bond — tested, messy, loyal — sits at the center once again.

Inside the Banks household, transformation is everywhere. A shift in power tests the foundation between Phil and Geoffrey, challenging loyalty, trust, and long-held dynamics. Hilary steps further into adulthood, redefining her vision and her place in the world, while Ashley’s freshman-year rebellious streak meets real-world lessons. And in a major reveal, the trailer confirms that Viv is pregnant — a storyline that mirrors the original series’ introduction of Baby Nicky. While this chapter of “Bel-Air” concludes before we would meet a modern-day Nicky, the nod is a thoughtful bridge between eras.

Carla Banks Waddles returns as showrunner, writer, and executive producer, with Morgan Cooper — whose vision sparked the reboot — directing the final two episodes. Additional directors this season include Nick Copus, Keesha Sharp, and Tina Mabry. Executive producers include Will Smith, Terence Carter, James Lassiter, Miguel Melendez, Benny Medina, Quincy Jones, and original Fresh Prince creators Andy and Susan Borowitz. The series is produced by Universal Television and Westbrook Studios.

With its final season, “Bel-Air” prepares to close the Banks family’s story on its own terms — rooted in legacy but grounded in a contemporary lens, honoring where it came from while completing the journey it set out to tell.
