Phillmonaco Productions has officially wrapped production on Through Thick & Sin, a new character-driven vertical drama series directed by Patricia Cuffie-Jones.
The series is currently slated for release in 2026 and is reportedly in discussions with major streaming platforms.
The ensemble cast includes Jeff Logan, Keturah Hamilton, Thomasina Gross, Tara Joshi, Jason Mimms, Joey Marie Urbina, J. Marques Johnson, Amber Dancy, Gareth Williams, and Shay Domingo.
Created by Hamilton, Through Thick & Sin follows the intertwined lives of three women from vastly different backgrounds, with Jamaican culture woven throughout the story. As their lives collide, the series explores friendship, ambition, loyalty, betrayal, and resilience as each woman navigates financial hardship, personal demons, and increasingly difficult choices in pursuit of survival and what remains of their careers.
According to the official synopsis, the women’s decisions begin to blur the line between survival and self-destruction.
The series is written by Hamilton, Cuffie-Jones, and Stevie Sandoval. Executive producers include Kamala Lane, Shayla Michelle, and Phillipa Lindsay.
Behind the scenes, the creative team includes Director of Photography Alexander Haessner, while makeup and hair is led by Amber Burgin and Mandisa Duperval. Costume design is handled by Ryan Jordan.
