Uzo Aduba to lead the cast of In Treatment reboot for HBO. The shrink-centered drama, which has been off the air for more than a decade — will return with its fourth season in May. Aduba to lead the cast of In Treatment, taking over for Gabriel Byrne who led the first three seasons. The new episodes will be set in present-day Los Angeles. Aduba plays Dr. Brooke Taylor, an empathetic Los Angeles-area therapist seeking to help her patients navigate their trauma and their lives. Rounding out the cast are Liza Colón-Zayas (“David Makes Man”) and Joel Kinnaman (“For All Mankind”) as individuals populating Taylor’s personal life, where issues are often just as complicated as those she helps her patients with while in session.
