Wesley Snipes, Tiffany Haddish, and Spence Moore II are set to star in the comedy Back on the Strip for Luminosity Entertainment production studio.
Back on the Strip which follows Merlin (Moore), young man who moves to Las Vegas to pursue his dream of becoming a magician after losing the woman of his dreams. But when a costume malfunction reveals his physical “gifts,” he is recruited to become the frontman of an infamous male revue group. The comedy chronicles a series of escapades as our lead, Merlin, tries to achieve magician success, pursuing his dream girl and finding family in the process.
JB Smoove, Faizon Love, Bill Bellamy, Gary Owen, Piper Curda, and Raigan Harris are also cast in the film.

Chris Spencer is making his theatrical directorial with Back on the Strip debut based on a script he co-wrote with Eric Daniel.
“We have assembled an amazing cast with the industry’s greatest comedic talent. It is a privilege to direct this film, one I co-wrote that has a cast of this caliber for my first feature film,” said Spencer.
Luminosity Entertainment is the newly launched production studio from Elie Samaha, Missy Valdez, Geno Taylor and Daniel Diamond. Luminosity Entertainment will finance, produce, and distribute feature films theatrically in the US and handle foreign sales.

The project was spearheaded by producers Taylor and Valdez. Snipes and Haddish are producing with Spencer executive producing the project.
