Fans of supernatural drama, brace yourselves as ALLBLK unveiled the trailer for Wicked City season two. The eight-episode series is slated to premiere on Thursday, October 19, 2023, with subsequent episodes set to captivate viewers every Thursday, exclusively on ALLBLK.

This season, the show boasts an ensemble cast filled with returning stars Vanessa Bell Calloway, Karon Joseph Riley, Taylor Polidore, Shaquita Smith, Mercedez McDowell, Chantal Maurice, Chanel Mack, and more.

In season one, viewers were introduced to a coven of Black witches whose relentless pursuit of hidden secrets and forbidden knowledge led them down a path of supernatural discovery. As we fast forward to season two, the stakes are higher, and the drama is more intense than ever before.

Three months have passed since the Atlanta coven’s confrontation with the enigmatic and sinister figure known as “The Handler,” played by Karon Joseph Riley. As the story unfolds, the witches find themselves scattered and facing a series of individual challenges.

Jordan, portrayed by Shaquita, has taken the helm at The Mystic Haven, while Angela, played by Maurice, joins her on a quest to locate the captive Sherise (Chanel Mack). Mona, portrayed by McDowell, has relocated, and Camille, brought to life by Polidore, is forced into hiding due to the actions of her birth mother, Claudette.

Unbeknownst to the coven, Tabitha (Bell Calloway), and Caden (Blessings), find themselves trapped in a nightmarish realm as Claudette seeks her revenge. Amidst this magical turmoil, Sherise is compelled to carry out The Handler’s sinister bidding within his high-class magical supper club, “Obsidian Dream.”

The show also features a talented supporting cast, including reality star Yandy Smith, Gary Anthony Sturgis, Samantha James, Kamilah Meek, Kurtis D. Glenn, Clover J. Adams, Maurice P. Kerry, Krystal Monique Mosley, Michael Silberblatt, India Marie Cross, Marco Reese Maldonado, Carrie Anne Hunt, Michael M. Jones, and Sasha McKoon.

Behind the scenes, “Wicked City” boasts a powerhouse production team with Tressa “Azarel” Smallwood of MegaMind Media and Donte Lee serving as executive producers. Melissa Llewellyn-Alston takes on the role of producer, while Dale Lewis directs for Relentless Studio. Over at ALLBLK, Brett Dismuke, Head of Content, and Nikki Love, SVP of Development & Original Production, Unscripted, steer the ship, ensuring that “Wicked City” continues to be a captivating and thrilling addition to the ALLBLK lineup.
