DeVon Franklin continues to make waves in the entertainment industry as he announces his latest project in partnership with CBS Studios. Franklin, the founder of Franklin Entertainment, is extending his collaboration with CBS Studios for another two years and is developing a new detective drama titled “Grace.”
The series follows a seasoned detective known for his brash and cynical demeanor, paired with a passionate pastor who brings a community-focused perspective to their partnership. As they join forces to solve complex crimes, they must navigate their differing beliefs while grappling with their undeniable chemistry.

‘Grace’ is penned by Devon Greggory, known for his work on Paramount+’s “The Game” revival, and Corey Moore, whose credits include “All Rise” and “NCIS: New Orleans.” Franklin, Greggory, and Moore will serve as executive producers on the project.
Jenna Nicholson Grieb, Vice President of Television at Franklin Entertainment, joins the team as a Co-Executive Producer, contributing her expertise to the series.
In addition to “Grace,” Franklin is actively involved in other noteworthy projects, including the BET+ series “Kingdom Business,” a music-driven drama set in the world of Gospel music. His diverse portfolio also includes “Played,” an upcoming project for the streaming platform, as well as past successes such as “Breakthrough,” “The Star,” and “Miracles From Heaven.”
