DeWanda Wise and Guy Pearce are set to star in “Killing Faith,” a supernatural thriller, with Tim Roth in final negotiations to join the cast.
Ned Crowley will write and direct the film, which will be presented by Ellen Wander’s Film Bridge International at the AFM.
Crowley expressed his excitement, calling it a “dream come true” to work with these talented actors who are unafraid to tackle complex characters.

Ellen Wander, from Film Bridge International, expressed her enthusiasm about reuniting with Guy and Tim for this compelling project.
Wander added: “We are thrilled to be working with Guy and Tim once again especially on this compelling material.’’
Guy Pearce will play Dr. Bender, a faithless physician accompanying DeWanda Wise’s character, an anguished mother, on a perilous journey through a treacherous desert. The mother hopes to find a cure for her daughter’s mysterious illness, believed to be possession by the devil. Tim Roth is expected to portray Preacher Ross.
Filming is scheduled to start in New Mexico in January 2024 after securing a SAG-AFTRA interim agreement.
The production will be a collaboration between Ellen Wander, Jordan Dykstra of Film Bridge International, Summer Crockett-Moore, and Tony Glazer of Choice Films.
Initial pre-sales for the movie have been closed with various international distributors, including Falcon Films, Signature Entertainment, Umbrella Entertainment, Russian Report, Blitz Film Group, and Monolith.
