The next installment in the “Planet of the Apes” franchise, titled “Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes,” is set to debut on May 24, 2024. This movie picks up the storyline years after the events of the previous film, “War for the Planet of the Apes,” where Caesar, the central character, met his end.

“Kingdom” shifts its focus to Caesar’s son, Cornelius, who must protect his father’s teachings from being twisted to enslave other primates. The cast includes Owen Teague as Cornelius, along with new additions such as Kevin Durand, Freya Allan, William H. Macy, and Peter Macon.
