MGM+ has officially renewed its hit sci-fi horror series From for a fourth season. Production for the 10-episode season is set to begin in Nova Scotia in 2025, with the new chapter expected to premiere in 2026.
Created by John Griffin (Crater), the series follows the chilling mystery of a nightmarish town that traps everyone who enters and refuses to let them leave. Griffin serves as an executive producer alongside showrunner Jeff Pinkner (Lost, Alias) and director Jack Bender (Game of Thrones, Lost).
Led by Harold Perrineau (Lost), the ensemble cast features Catalina Sandino Moreno (Maria Full of Grace), Eion Bailey (Band of Brothers), Hannah Cheramy (Van Helsing), Ricky He (The Good Doctor), Scott McCord (East of Middle West), and many more.
Since its debut, From has become the most-watched series in MGM+ history, with its gripping narrative and dynamic performances earning the series a 96% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
“MGM+ is proud to continue the journey of From, a series that has resonated deeply with audiences and elevated our platform,” said Michael Wright, head of MGM+. “Our incredible team of creators and cast have crafted a compelling story, and we can’t wait to explore the answers our audience craves in Season 4.”
Showrunner Jeff Pinkner hinted at what’s to come: “By the end of Season 3, our characters will start to understand why they’re trapped in this town. But will that understanding bring them freedom—or pull them deeper into the nightmare? We’re thrilled to take our FROMily along for this next chapter.”
The series is an Amazon MGM Studios production, with additional executive producers including Harold Perrineau, Josh Appelbaum, André Nemec, and Anthony and Joe Russo. Midnight Radio’s Adrienne Erickson serves as co-executive producer, and Paramount Global Content Distribution handles international rights.
With the promise of new revelations and even more haunting twists, Season 4 of From is set to push its characters—and viewers—into uncharted territory.
