Its Wedding Season For ‘Johnson’ Season 4 — Bounce TV Drops Teaser Trailers

Bounce Network’s hit dramedy “Johnson” is back for its fourth season, premiering on Saturday, August 3rd. Fans can look forward to a double-episode kickoff starting at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT.

The series, featuring Deji LaRay, Thomas Q. Jones, Philip Smithey, Derrex Brady, and DL Hughley, has garnered acclaim for its nuanced portrayal of Black masculinity and its exploration of themes such as fatherhood, classism, and relationships within the Black community.

Season 4 opens with the Johnson men preparing for Keith’s (Smithey) upcoming wedding and being encouraged to bring dates. Jarvis (Brady) grows suspicious of a client’s low appraisal, Greg (LaRay) is promoted to Sous-Chef, and Omar (Jones) navigates the complexities of the dating scene.

Produced by Eric C. Rhone and Cedric The Entertainer’s A Bird & A Bear Entertainment alongside Deji LaRay and Thomas Q. Jones’ Midnight Train Productions, “Johnson” continues under the leadership of showrunners and executive producers LaRay and Jones, with Rhone, Cedric The Entertainer, and Reesha L. Archibald also serving as executive producers.
