Get a Glimpse of Jonathan Majors’s Variant Character Victor Timely Loki Season 2 [TRAILER]

Marvel Studios unveiled the first look at the highly-anticipated Loki season 2 which premieres Oct 6, 2023.

Following the shocking events of the Season 1 finale, where Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino) plunges the timeline into chaos by confronting Jonathan Majors’ enigmatic character, He Who Remains, Loki finds himself in an alternate timeline full of uncertainties. The trailer also offers a glimpse of Jonathan Majors’ character, a variant of Kang the Conqueror named Victor Timely. “Make the hard choice,” he advises, hinting at the tough decisions that lie ahead for the characters.

Tom Hiddleston returns as the charmingly mischievous God of Mischief, Loki, who finds himself entangled in a web of time-traveling dilemmas. In the trailer, Hiddleston’s Loki faces some daunting challenges, caught between the past and the present. “I’m being pulled through time, between the past and the present. If what I saw is true, there’s nothing that stands between this world and utter destruction,” he ominously declares.

One of the most exciting reveals in the trailer is the introduction of Ke Huy Kwan’s new character, O.B. Kwan’s O.B. plays a crucial role in helping Loki and Owen Wilson’s Morbius navigate the complexities of the Time Variance Authority. However, the trio faces numerous challenges, and the chaos seems to be unrelenting.

Apart from the return of Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson, the upcoming season also boasts an impressive ensemble cast. Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, and Neil Ellice.

Behind the camera, Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Dan Deleeuw, and Kasra Farahani take the directorial reins for different episodes. The talented Eric Martin serves as the head writer, ensuring fans will be treated to a thrilling narrative.

The executive producer lineup is equally impressive, with Kevin Feige, Stephen Broussard, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kevin R. Wright, Tom Hiddleston, Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Eric Martin, and Michael Waldron at the helm. Trevor Waterson steps in as the co-executive producer, adding his creative touch to the series.

One major revelation in the trailer is the appearance of Jonathan Majors, who portrays the enigmatic character Kang. Majors’ addition to the cast has been met with excitement and curiosity, as he is set to play a key antagonist in the upcoming season. However, recent events have brought some attention to the actor’s personal life, as he awaits a court date following an arrest in New York.
