Craig Robinson is Back Building His Snake-y American Dream In Killing It Season 2 [TRAILER + FIRST LOOK]

Peacock has released the highly-anticipated official trailer for Killing It season 2, starring and executive produced by Craig Robinson. The show follows the misadventures of Craig, a determined individual on a quest to achieve the American Dream amidst a backdrop of class struggles, capitalism, and comedic chaos. Season 2 is set to premiere exclusively on Peacock on August 17, 2023.

The trailer gives a glimpse into the wacky and unpredictable situations that Craig finds himself in. Building on the success of the first season, the show’s creators, Dan Goor and Luke Del Tredici, bring their comedic genius to the forefront once again as co-showrunners, writers, and executive producers. The series is executive produced by Craig Robinson and Mark Schulman, adding their creative touch to the project.

The new season of ‘Killing It’ welcomes back the familiar faces of Craig Robinson as Craig, Claudia O’Doherty as Jillian, Rell Battle as Isaiah, and Scott MacArthur as Brock. Joining the core cast are a stellar lineup of guest stars including Tim Heidecker, Stephanie Nogueras, Jet Miller, Wyatt Walter, Dot-Marie Jones, Katie Kershaw, Joe Massingill, Melanie Field, Tim Simons, Fatimah Taliah, Beck Bennett, and Kyle Mooney. The chemistry among the cast members promises to deliver uproarious performances and unforgettable moments of laughter.

‘Killing It’ Season 2 is set to consist of eight 30-minute episodes, each packed with comedy and entertainment. Filmed in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, the series captures the energy and spirit of the location, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the storytelling.

Craig Robinson, who not only stars in the series but also serves as an executive producer, expressed his excitement for the upcoming season. In a statement, he said, “Well, we’re back for more ‘Killing It.’ It’s the same wild rollercoaster as last year — an ambitious, complex exploration of life and pursuit of the American Dream mixed in with some of the stupidest jokes on television.” Robinson also teased the presence of amazing guest stars and hinted at the hurdles that await Craig, including deadly snails.
