Laura Harrier, known for her recent roles in Hulu’s Mike and 20th Century’s White Men Can’t Jump reboot, has joined the cast of Strobe, an upcoming feature film directed by Taylor Cohen. While the plot remains under wraps, the film is being produced by Hiro Murai, Robert Walak, Nate Matteson, and Tara Razavi.

In addition to her feature film work, Harrier is set to guest star in Ryan Murphy’s next project, the ABC series Doctor Odyssey, which premieres on September 26. The show follows Dr. Max Bankman, played by Joshua Jackson, as he navigates medical crises aboard a luxury cruise ship. Bankman and his small medical team, including characters played by Phillipa Soo and Sean Teale, are tasked with handling high-pressure medical emergencies while isolated from land.

Harrier joins a stacked roster of guest stars for Doctor Odyssey, including Don Johnson, Shania Twain, John Stamos, Gina Gershon, and Kelsea Ballerini. Produced by 20th Television in association with Ryan Murphy Television, the series blends medical drama with personal tensions, set against the backdrop of a luxury cruise.
