Apple TV+ released the trailer for Season 2 of the comedy series “Loot,” starring Maya Rudolph as Molly Wells. Set to premiere on April 3, the season follows Molly’s life post-divorce from tech billionaire John Novak (Adam Scott).

In Season 2, Molly Wells is showcased in her role as the head of the Wells Foundation, a philanthropic organization. The character, a year post-divorce, focuses primarily on charity work and shuns new relationships with men, choosing to embrace a wellness journey instead. The trailer hints at Molly’s quirky dynamics with her trusty assistant Nicholas (Joel Kim Booster), who caters to her every whim, even serving kale smoothies spiked with gin.

The season promises a glamorous return of Rudolph’s character, with Molly Wells announcing her intention to give away her $120 billion fortune and launching a new housing initiative called “Space for Everyone.” The ensemble cast, including Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, Nat Faxon, Ron Funches, and Joel Kim Booster, returns for Season 2.
