Mishael Morgan Returns to 'The Young and the Restless'

Amanda Sinclair is headed back to Genoa City.

Mishael Morgan is returning to The Young and the Restless for a guest arc. The Emmy-winning actress is currently filming her appearance, and her episodes are set to air later this spring.

Morgan last appeared on the CBS daytime drama in February 2024, when Amanda briefly returned to town. Since first joining the show in 2013 as Hilary, Morgan has made a lasting mark on the soap world. After Hilary’s emotional exit in 2018, she returned a year later as Amanda, Hilary’s long-lost twin.

In 2022, she made history as the first Black actress to win the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress.

“I was born on a tiny island in the Caribbean, and I’m now standing on an international stage… honored regardless of the color of my skin,” she said during her powerful acceptance speech. “Now there are little girls around the world… they can strive to be the best.”

While details about Amanda’s return are being kept under wraps, one thing’s for sure—whenever Mishael Morgan steps into Genoa City, it’s never without impact.

Stay tuned for her spring episodes on The Young and the Restless.
