Prime Video Renews ‘The Boys’ for Fifth Season Ahead of Fourth Season Premiere

During Prime Video’s Upfronts presentation today, it was revealed that the Emmy-winning drama series “The Boys” has been greenlit for a fifth season. This announcement comes ahead of the highly anticipated premiere of the fourth season on June 13, 2024.

“The Boys” has garnered a dedicated global following for its unapologetic storytelling and piercing social commentary. The upcoming fourth season will kick off with three episodes on June 13, followed by weekly releases leading up to the season finale on July 18. This eight-episode season will be available exclusively on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Vernon Sanders, head of television at Amazon MGM Studios, expressed pride in the series’ evolution into a global franchise, emphasizing its ability to resonate with audiences worldwide. Showrunner Eric Kripke echoed this sentiment, highlighting the show’s unique blend of themes and humor that has captured viewers’ attention.

Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit, and Cameron Crovetti. Season Four also will welcome Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
