Comcast, a leading telecommunications and media company, has recently announced the appointment of Quiana Pinckney as the Vice President of Employee Communications at its Central Division Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. In this strategic role, Pinckney is set to become a pivotal part of the Division Communications team, taking charge of developing, delivering, and transforming key employee communication programs.

With over 20 years of experience as an accredited communications leader, Pinckney has a rich background in corporate communications, crisis management, and crafting compelling storytelling experiences. Prior to her role at Comcast, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at EmployBridge (EB), a prominent workforce solutions provider. In this capacity, she led communications and public relations efforts, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Before her tenure at EB, Pinckney held the position of Head of Strategic Communications and Public Relations for HD Supply, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Home Depot. Her responsibilities included overseeing integrated communications, setting communications strategy, managing merger and acquisition communications, community relations, and executive positioning.
Throughout her distinguished career, Pinckney has held increasingly responsible positions at various organizations, including Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, and The Powell Group, a Dallas-based public relations and marketing agency.
Quiana Pinckney is a highly-educated professional, holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a master’s degree from George Washington University. In 2015, she received accreditation from the Universal Accreditation Board of Public Relations (APR) – PRSA. Her achievements were further recognized in 2019 when she was named to the Georgia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) inaugural “Forty Under 40” list, honoring the state’s top young communications professionals.
Apart from her professional accomplishments, Pinckney is actively involved in community and charitable organizations, serving as a board member of the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
