Netflix has released the trailer for Zack Snyder’s upcoming Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scargiver. Directed and written by Zack Snyder, the film stars Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Ray Fisher, Cleopatra Coleman and Anthony Hopkins.
The trailer teases the return of Atticus Noble, played by Skrein, rising from the dead to confront Boutella’s character, Kora. The tension escalates as Kora declares her mission to defeat Noble once and for all.
Rebel Moon Part One: A Child of Fire set the stage, with Kora revealing her true identity and gathering a diverse group to combat the threat of Atticus Noble.
Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver continues the epic saga of Kora and the surviving warriors as they prepare to sacrifice everything, fighting alongside the brave people of Veldt, to defend a once peaceful village, a newfound homeland for those who have lost their own in the fight against the Motherworld. On the eve of their battle the warriors must face the truths of their own pasts, each revealing why they fight. As the full force of the Realm bears down on the burgeoning rebellion, unbreakable bonds are forged, heroes emerge, and legends are made.
Fra Fee, Charlie Hunnam, Michiel Huisman, Doona Bae, Jena Malone, Staz Nair, E. Duffy, Charlotte Maggi, Cary Elwes, Corey Stoll, and Sky Yang also star in the movie.
Netflix has set the premiere date for Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scargiver on April 19, 2024. The film is produced by Deborah Snyder, Eric Newman, Zack Snyder, and Wesley Coller. Executive producers include Bergen Swanson, Sarah Bowen, Shay Hatten, and Kurt Johnstad.
