Sugar Baby follows Jade (Christina Cooper), a young woman struggling to stay afloat after her boyfriend and primary support system, Anthony (Lance Gross), is sent to prison. To regain stability, she enters a relationship with an older, wealthy man who provides financial security. However, when Anthony is unexpectedly released, Jade is forced to make a difficult decision between the life she once had and the one she has built for herself.
Directed by Jamal Hill and written by Shaun Sinclair, Sugar Baby brings a compelling mix of romance and drama, exploring themes of love, survival, and the cost of financial security.
