Myles Bullock and Vince Staples have joined the cast of the White Men Can’t Jump remake for 20th Century Studios. They will star opposite previously announced leads Jack Harlow and Sinqua Walls who will take on the roles originated by Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson. This movie will be Harlow's acting debut. Lance Reddick, Teyana Taylor, Laura Harrier, Tamera ‘Tee’ Kissen also star in the project which will be directed by Calmatic, who recently directed the House Party reboot. Directed by Ron Shelton it centered on two street basketball hustlers (Snipes and Harrelson) who at first try to hustle each other, then team up for a bigger score around LA. Bullock will play Renzo, one of Kamal’s (Walls) best friends since high school. Sarcastic and a bit of a goofy guy, he is the tallest player on the court who hates being forced to get rebounds but will step up his game if it means supporting the team. Details as to the role Staples is playing haven’t been disclosed. Riddick is playing Benji Allen, the father of Walls’ character Kamal. Benji is living with MS and has been Kamal’s coach and support system since a very young age. Details with regard to the characters that Taylor and Harrier are playing have not been disclosed. Ron Shelton directed the 1992 film that took in over $90 million at the box office and helped launch Harrelson’s movie career (he was transitioning from the TV show Cheers) and it continued the growth of Snipes' movie career.
