Samuel L. Jackson and Pierce Brosnan Team Up for Revenge-Fueled Western The Unholy Trinity [TRAILER]

Samuel L. Jackson is saddling up again for a Western, a decade after his gripping role in Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight. This time, he’s joined by another cinematic legend, Pierce Brosnan, for the intense revenge thriller The Unholy Trinity. Directed by Richard Gray, the film is a fresh take on a classic genre with a story of buried secrets, vengeance, and treasure, all set against the gritty backdrop of 1870s Montana.

In The Unholy Trinity, the story begins just before the execution of Isaac Broadway (Tim Daly). Isaac gives his estranged son, Henry (Brandon Lessard), a seemingly impossible mission: to kill the man who framed him for a crime he didn’t commit. Determined to honor his father’s wish, Henry ventures to the remote town of Trinity. There, he’s caught between two powerful men—Gabriel Dove (Brosnan), the town’s new sheriff with a strong moral compass, and a mysterious figure named St. Christopher (Jackson), who has his own dangerous agenda.

The film unfolds as Henry’s quest for revenge becomes entangled in a complex web of personal loyalties and dark histories. Jackson’s St. Christopher, with his cryptic past, warns Henry about the perils ahead, saying, “I know your daddy real well. Me and him stole enough gold to pave the streets of heaven.” The chemistry between Jackson and Brosnan is sure to keep viewers on edge, with both actors stepping into roles that show them like never before.

In addition to the powerhouse duo of Jackson and Brosnan, the film also stars Veronica Ferres, Gianni Capaldi, Q’orianka Kilcher, and Ethan Peck. The film’s score is composed by Marco Beltrami and Tristan Beltrami, known for their work on 3:10 to Yuma and Scream,

The Unholy Trinity will hit theaters on June 13, courtesy of Roadside Attractions. With its tale of vengeance, dark secrets, and lost treasure, this Western is sure to leave audiences gripping their seats until the very end.
