Prime Video has released trailer for its upcoming adult animated series, “The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy,” as well as the star-studded guest lineup set to grace Season One.

“The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy” follows the escapades of Dr. Sleech and Dr. Klak, alien best friends and renowned intergalactic surgeons, as they tackle a range of peculiar cases, from anxiety-eating parasites to illegal time loops and deep-space STIs. Season One promises a highly dangerous and potentially groundbreaking case that puts existence itself in jeopardy, all while offering a humorous take on the doctors’ dismal personal lives.

A slew of talented actors, including Tracee Ellis Ross, Bowen Yang, Abbi Jacobson, Jay Ellis, Andrew Dismukes, Lennon Parham, Gary Anthony Williams, and John Waters, are all slated to make appearances in the first season of this animated sci-fi comedy.

The guest cast complements the already announced series regulars, including Maya Rudolph, Natasha Lyonne, Keke Palmer, Stephanie Hsu, Kieran Culkin, and Sam Smith.

Adding to the excitement, Kieran Culkin, the voice behind Plowp, will be joined by his real-life brothers—Macaulay Culkin, Rory Culkin, Christian Culkin, and Shane Culkin—in what promises to be a delightful family reunion for fans.

The series, created by Emmy Award-winning talent Cirocco Dunlap and produced by Amazon MGM Studios with animation by Titmouse Studios, is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on February 23, 2024, in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
