Wicked City season 3

AMC’s ALLBLK streaming service has officially greenlit a third season for its supernatural drama, Wicked City. Scheduled to commence production in March, the series is created and written by Kristin Iris Johnson and Serena M. Lee.

Wicked City delves into the lives of a coven of Black witches in Atlanta as they navigate newfound powers and unravel dark secrets that attract formidable adversaries.

Executive produced by MegaMind Media, the series stars Vanessa Bell Calloway, Gary Anthony Sturgis, Rhonda Morman, Shaquita Smith, Karon Joseph Riley, Malika Blessing, Chantal Maurice, Chanel Mack, India Marie Cross, Mercedez McDowell, Samantha “3D Na’Tee” James, Marco Reese Maldonado, with Taylor Polidore making a guest appearance.

Tressa “Azarel” Smallwood and Donte Lee, the driving forces behind MegaMind Media, take on the roles of executive producers and showrunners for Wicked City. The show’s production is spearheaded by Dale Lewis, with Melissa Llewellyn-Alston serving as producer for Relentless Studio.

The narrative unfolds as the coven faces challenges from dangerous enemies within the city. Season 2 left fans on the edge with a gripping storyline, where the witches found themselves broken and separated after failing to thwart a magical slaver named The Handler.

Season 3 promises to escalate the intensity as the coven pushes their supernatural abilities to new limits, unveiling further enigmatic revelations and attracting the most perilous adversaries in the vibrant city of Atlanta.

ALLBLK’s Head of Content, Brett Dismuke, and SVP of Development & Original Production, Unscripted, Nikki Love, maintain their executive producer roles for the series. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently available for streaming on ALLBLK and AMC Plus, providing viewers with the opportunity to catch up on the bewitching journey before the new season arrives.
