Apple TV+ has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming psychological thriller Before, a 10-episode limited series starring and executive produced by the iconic Billy Crystal. The series will debut globally on Friday, October 25, 2024, with the first two episodes dropping at launch, followed by weekly releases every Friday through December 20.
Alongside Crystal, the series boasts an impressive cast, including Emmy and Tony Award winner Judith Light (Transparent), Emmy nominee Rosie Perez (The Flight Attendant), Jacobi Jupe (Peter Pan & Wendy), Tony Award nominee Maria Dizzia (Orange Is the New Black), and Ava Lalezarzadeh (In the Garden of Tulips).

Before follows Crystal’s character, Eli, a child psychiatrist grappling with the recent death of his wife, Lynn (Light). His life takes a dark and mysterious turn when he meets Noah (Jupe), a troubled young boy with an eerie connection to Eli’s past. As Eli tries to help Noah, their unsettling bond deepens, leading to a tense, emotional, and supernatural mystery.
Created by Sarah Thorp (The Bounty Hunter), who serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer, Before is produced by Paramount Television Studios. Crystal is joined by Academy Award-winning producer Eric Roth (Dune, Killers of the Flower Moon), pilot director Adam Bernstein (Silo, Billions), and producing director Jet Wilkinson (The Chi, Truth Be Told).
