We’re launching something big: Beyond the Screen Watch Party. You know those weekly watchlists and “have you seen these films” posts we share? Well, we’re taking that experience beyond social media and onto our home screens to livestream together.
I’ve really missed the communal vibe of watching movies with thousands of people tweeting at the same time. Remember those TGIT or Insecure nights? They were cultural moments we all shared together, and we’re bringing back that magic with a livestream of one of my favorite films of 2023.
For our kickoff event, we’re diving into “They Cloned Tyrone” because it’s not just a phenomenal film; it also sparked incredible discussions and interpretations every time we watched it with different groups.
Join us for a live stream where we’ll rewatch this gem together, complete with discussions, trivia, and an all-around immersive experience, all from the comfort of your home. We’ll be surrounded by a small group of friends so feel free to do the same but make sure whether you are with people or not you hop on our live stream beginning at 6:30 PM ET. Then 7 PM ET, we’ll all press play on our personal Netflix accounts to start the movie.
